BUILD YOUR TEAM

Want to break into the music industry - but actually learn how it works behind the scenes?
We’re opening applications for a Manager Assistant Intern to join our team and work across real artists, real projects, and real operations inside a fast-moving entertainment company.
This is not a “watch from the sidelines” internship.
You’ll be learning by doing - across management, touring, studios, events, and artist services.
If you’re organised, switched-on, curious about the business side of music, and hungry to get your foot in the door - keep reading.
This role supports our artist managers and operations team across day-to-day activity. You’ll be involved in:
Admin and coordination for artist management
Research and preparation for releases, tours, and projects
Assisting with day-to-day artist tasks
Supporting live events when required
Helping with production coordination and studio operations
Assisting touring logistics and planning
Helping keep online updates and internal documents organised
Supporting social media updates and content scheduling
We work across artist management, touring, recording studios, creator services, and brand projects - so no two days are the same.
You’ll gain exposure to how the industry actually runs, not just the highlight reel.
This internship is for someone who is:
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Comfortable creating and managing documents
Curious about how the entertainment business works
Reliable, committed, and proactive
Confident using computers, tools, and online platforms
Open to learning fast and taking initiative
AI tools experience is a big plus.
Understanding of social media platforms is also a plus.
Most importantly - you should be genuinely interested in management, operations, and the business side of the industry.
Let’s be very clear (and save everyone time):
If you are primarily:
An artist
A producer
A performer
A creator chasing your own spotlight
…and you’re applying because you think this will get you closer to the limelight = this role is NOT for you.
This internship is about learning how the machine works behind the scenes, not being in front of it.
You’ll be working across multiple divisions, including:
EMBER Artist Management
FLARE Creator Agency
IGNITE Music & Content Studios
FIRE MUSIC Artist & Label Services
That means you’ll be exposed to a wide range of artists, creators, producers, writers, and touring projects - across different genres and stages of career development.
You will be busy.
You will learn a lot.
Part-time, unpaid internship
1–2 days per week
3-month minimum commitment
Flexible days (we work around study schedules)
Standard hours are 9-5, with occasional after-hours availability required for events or live projects.
We’re flexible - but we’re serious about commitment.
This role is about experience, exposure, and growth.
You’ll gain:
Real industry experience across multiple departments
Practical skills you can actually put on your CV
Direct insight into how artists, tours, studios, and businesses operate
Mentorship from experienced industry professionals
For the right person, this can lead to paid part-time or full-time opportunities in the future - though nothing is guaranteed.
What is guaranteed?
You’ll learn more here in three months than most people do in years watching from the outside.
We’re looking for hungry, driven, entrepreneurial people who are willing to work hard, stay curious, and grow fast.
If that sounds like you
apply via the form on our website HERE
Bring your energy.
Bring your work ethic.
Bring your attention to detail.
We’ll bring the experience.
