CREATIVE PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND DEVELOPMENT

Helping creative projects come to life.

STRATEGY, PLANNING, & DELIVERY

Every project needs a plan. The “why” is essential, but the “HOW” is what makes it all happen. We will help you manage the execution of your strategy and plan. We will also provide the team, crew and professionals you need to make your idea come to life. Our 360 degree approach includes overview of areas such as: strategy, team, business model, project coordination, negotiations, budgeting, finance management, legal administration, audience engagement, promotion strategy, coordination and execution.

WHAT DEFINES A CREATIVE PROJECT

Creative Projects involve implementing imagination and/or original pieces of work for an end. Usually it is defined as an artistic endeavor, but you may be surprised that many business related problems can also be solved in creative ways.

The problem you’re attempting to solve may not be as apparent to others as it is to you. If you want to make a game, the problem you are solving may be boredom, or a lack of intriguing entertainment. If you want to write a novel, perhaps the problem is that you find there aren’t stories out there that you want to read (and other people feel the same way). Perhaps you have an innovative idea for a web application that could help many people, or you have a great game idea, or maybe you just want to write a script for a movie. In short, if you want to make something innovative or better, then your project is a creative one. The right team will also help you focus on the evolution of your idea, while they help with the implementation

BUILD YOUR TEAM

There are a lot of things you can do on your own, but many believe that a creative project of any capacity is not one of them. To truly be creative, you need to be questioned or have the capacity to ask questions. To really make something that’s innovative you need other people. These people should be there to help you realize your project in several ways. These people need to be part of your team.

What is a team, really? A team can be a group of experienced people who share that single purpose or goal. Team members may add different perspectives on what that goal is or even how to get there, but the essence of the goal remains the same, and the right team will help you get there. It’s this support and new experience your team brings to the table that give your project a lot of value and momentum.

BRANDING

Having a powerful brand presence is necessary to attract and convert visitors into loyal fans/customers. We will work with you to help you find “what makes you stand out” and produce your branding material.

Logos, font, color schemes, aesthetic, styling, bio drafting, electronic press kits, artist website, social media platforms, monetization platforms...

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

Great brands across the last decade have been defined by their unique content and experiences. The journey to crafting a great experience for your customers is different for every brand. We can provide support at every step of the process.

Planning, negotiation, drafting, design, mock-ups and demoing,

CONTENT

Believe it or not, your first impression is always going to be your image. Let’s create powerful and cool imagery, while capturing your essence and message in the process.

We can produce professional artistic photoshoots and create original material, as well as re-edit and improve existing photos. A picture says 1000 words, and your pictures should say “amazing” a 1000 times over.

EVENTS

If “content is king”, then video is the royal throne. We can help you create great quality original video content, or re-edit existing content. Our creative approach to your content helps us produce videos that will maximise impact with your audience.

Music videos, Animations, Lyric Videos, Behind The Scenes...

SOCIAL MEDIA

Social media is more than a platform to ‘promote your new releases’. It is a tool to connect with your fans at a personal level on a daily basis. Social Media content: blogs, video blogs, images, animations, videos, live streams, and podcasts are only a few examples of content you can create to keep your fans engaged and loyal in between your big events such as releases, shows or events. We will help you pinpoint the best content to create, suitable to your brand and message, and assist with the production of it considering your budgets.

GET YOUR OWN BESPOKE PRODUCTION PLAN

Internship Opportunity: Artist Management Assistant

Want to break into the music industry - but actually learn how it works behind the scenes?

We’re opening applications for a Manager Assistant Intern to join our team and work across real artists, real projects, and real operations inside a fast-moving entertainment company.

This is not a “watch from the sidelines” internship.
You’ll be learning by doing - across management, touring, studios, events, and artist services.

If you’re organised, switched-on, curious about the business side of music, and hungry to get your foot in the door - keep reading.

What You’ll Be Working On

This role supports our artist managers and operations team across day-to-day activity. You’ll be involved in:

  • Admin and coordination for artist management

  • Research and preparation for releases, tours, and projects

  • Assisting with day-to-day artist tasks

  • Supporting live events when required

  • Helping with production coordination and studio operations

  • Assisting touring logistics and planning

  • Helping keep online updates and internal documents organised

  • Supporting social media updates and content scheduling

We work across artist management, touring, recording studios, creator services, and brand projects - so no two days are the same.

You’ll gain exposure to how the industry actually runs, not just the highlight reel.

Who This Is For

This internship is for someone who is:

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail

  • Comfortable creating and managing documents

  • Curious about how the entertainment business works

  • Reliable, committed, and proactive

  • Confident using computers, tools, and online platforms

  • Open to learning fast and taking initiative

AI tools experience is a big plus.
Understanding of social media platforms is also a plus.

Most importantly - you should be genuinely interested in management, operations, and the business side of the industry.

Who This Is NOT For

Let’s be very clear (and save everyone time):

If you are primarily:

  • An artist

  • A producer

  • A performer

  • A creator chasing your own spotlight

…and you’re applying because you think this will get you closer to the limelight = this role is NOT for you.

This internship is about learning how the machine works behind the scenes, not being in front of it.

About the Company

You’ll be working across multiple divisions, including:

  • EMBER Artist Management

  • FLARE Creator Agency

  • IGNITE Music & Content Studios

  • FIRE MUSIC Artist & Label Services

That means you’ll be exposed to a wide range of artists, creators, producers, writers, and touring projects - across different genres and stages of career development.

You will be busy.
You will learn a lot.

Time Commitment

  • Part-time, unpaid internship

  • 1–2 days per week

  • 3-month minimum commitment

  • Flexible days (we work around study schedules)

Standard hours are 9-5, with occasional after-hours availability required for events or live projects.

We’re flexible - but we’re serious about commitment.

What You’ll Get Out of It

This role is about experience, exposure, and growth.

You’ll gain:

  • Real industry experience across multiple departments

  • Practical skills you can actually put on your CV

  • Direct insight into how artists, tours, studios, and businesses operate

  • Mentorship from experienced industry professionals

For the right person, this can lead to paid part-time or full-time opportunities in the future - though nothing is guaranteed.

What is guaranteed?
You’ll learn more here in three months than most people do in years watching from the outside.
