INTERNSHIP PROGRAM

At FIRE, internships are about learning by doing — not busywork. We don’t believe in “s#!t-kicking” internships. While you might occasionally grab a coffee, you won’t be stuck doing meaningless tasks. Instead, you’ll work on real projects currently in our pipeline, contributing to outcomes that matter.

That said, this isn’t glamorous. You won’t be hanging out in green rooms just yet. Much of the work happens behind the scenes — coordination, admin, and problem-solving — because that’s how the industry actually runs. If you join us, you’ll be treated as part of the team, working toward goals you can confidently put on your CV.

Internships at FIRE are not for the faint-hearted.

We believe in merit, initiative, and accountability. You’ll be given challenges and expected to figure things out. We’re a small, fast-moving team, so hand-holding is minimal. If you’re passive, you’ll get bored. If you take initiative, you’ll be given more responsibility and more opportunities to learn.

We’re looking for driven, self-motivated people who want to create and understand how creative projects are developed and managed. The music and entertainment industry isn’t a 9–5 — expect fast pace, responsibility, and occasional long hours.

Post-Internship Opportunities

Exceptional interns have gone on to paid and ongoing roles with us. This isn’t guaranteed — but it is a genuine pathway for those who prove their value.

YOUNG MANAGERS PROGRAM

Our Young Artist Managers Program is designed for emerging managers who are serious about building careers — not just being around the industry. This is a partnership-based program for individuals who already have artists they believe in and want to develop long-term.

This is not an assistant role and not a shadowing exercise. We work alongside selected managers as equal partners on the talent we develop together. Participants gain access to our systems, industry knowledge, business development support, and global network — while remaining actively involved in the day-to-day growth of their artists.

This program is by application only.

We select a small number of managers based on experience, intent, and alignment. While background matters, the most important factors are
work ethic, taste, and genuine passion for artist development.

Successful applicants will collaborate closely with our senior team, learning how to structure careers, navigate deals, build teams, and scale projects sustainably. In return, we expect initiative, accountability, and a long-term mindset.

This program is for managers who want to do the work, build something real, and grow into the next generation of music leadership — with the backing of an established infrastructure.

Think like a partner. Work like an owner. Build artists that last.

Think you’ve got what it takes?

JOIN OUR CREATIVE PROFESSIONAL NETWORK

Our Professional Network Program is an invitation-based ecosystem for experienced creative and industry professionals who want to collaborate on high-quality projects across music, content, events, and brand activations.

We accept applications from photographers, producers, videographers, editors, animators, designers, illustrators, makeup artists, musicians, content creators, promoters, and emerging AI creatives — provided they can demonstrate strong work, relevant experience, and a professional approach.

Successful applicants are added to our curated network of service providers and considered for paid opportunities based on project needs, style fit, and availability. We work with our network regularly and value reliability, communication, and craft as much as creative talent.

This program is application-based and selective.
We prioritise quality over quantity and collaborate with professionals who take their work seriously and want to be part of a long-term creative ecosystem.
