At FIRE we believe internships are an opportunity to learn, grow and increase your professional experience. 

We don’t believe in “s#!t-kicking” internships. You will rarely be sent to fetch coffees or clean toilets, although it may happen rarely (the coffee part). However, if you choose to intern with us, we will strive to give you a chance to work on some real projects currently in our pipeline. Don’t cheer yet, internships are not easy. You’re probably not going to be having drinks with the artists in the greenroom just yet. Internships, in our world, is about having a chance to “DO” some relevant work in areas of importance. A lot of that work may be behind the scenes, administrative or coordination to start with. Working with artists is a big complex machine, and every part in that machine is essential.  The aim is for you to be part of our team and achieve goals that you can proudly add to your CV. 

INTERNSHIPS AT FIRE ARE NOT FOR THE FAINT HEARTED! 

We believe in equal opportunity and meritocracy. Our methodology involves setting challenges for you to solve and learn by doing. We’re a small but efficient team, so handholding is definitely not our thing. If you want to be passive, we guarantee you’ll get bored. If you want more opportunities to learn, we encourage you to take initiative and prove your value.  

We’re looking for driven, self-motivated, proactive young entrepreneurs who wish to create,  and learn how to manage the development of creative concepts. We are looking for people with initiative and great ideas, who are also not afraid to put in the hard work. The music industry is definitely a lifechoice and we live and breath it. There’s no 9-5, so expect some crazy hours (sometimes).

Some very impressive interns have proven their weight in gold in a very short time and we have offered them ongoing work. This is not a guarantee but a chance to dip your toes and start your career in the industry.
